Digital pressure transmitter with a stainless steel housing and LCD display. Communication is over HART, PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus interface. Various hygiene-based connections and flange connections with front-flush diaphragms meet the requirements of a dead space free process connection.

Just like the SITRANS P DS III, the SITRANS P300 stands for precise measuring and ruggedness, and especially for an innovative operating concept. With the SITRANS P300, these time-proven features are now also available for processes in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Pressure transmitter that features Wireless HART as the standard communication interface.

The SITRANS P280 is a WirelessHART pressure transmitter that provides all measured process values as well as diagnostic information, parameters and functions via radio. The device is powered by an internal battery and designed for ultralow power consumption. The compact and rugged design makes it specially suitable for direct mounting on tanks and pipes in remote parts of plants, and on moving or rotating equipment for process monitoring or asset management applications.

The SITRANS P MPS series pressure transmitter converts the level-proportional hydrostatic pressure into a standardized signal 4 to 20 mA. Rail Transmitter SITRANS TR200, TR300, TW

Rail mount transmitter vary in the wiring technology:

The TWO-Wire Transmitter of TR-Series are installed in cabinets, or applicable housings in the field. The user can maintain several sensors from one point. 4-20mA-signal and auxiliary power will be lead over two wires.

The FOUR-Wire Transmitter SITRANS TW is installed in the control room and allows universal use. Connected directly with auxiliary power they support several output signals, relay function and further features.

SITRANS TW

The transmitter with universal input and standardized HART®-interface. Supports all common sensors for temperature, voltage and resistance. Freedom of choice due to many output signals and relay option.

All SITRANS TW control room devices are available in non-intrinsically safe versions and intrinsically safe versions for applications under extreme conditions

Field Transmitter SITRANS TF

Field Transmitters are installed directly on the sensor thermowell or near the sensor, if the conditions like vibration or ambient temperature allow no installation of head transmitters. Available for intrinsic safety and explosion proof application according to international standards.

SITRANS TF is used where other transmitters can't cope. One main point is its rating of IP67. SITRANS TF is made of rugged die cast aluminum or long-lasting stainless steel. It transforms resistance thermometers, thermocouples, Ohm and mV signals into a load independent DC current corresponding to sensor characteristic or a digital signal according Fieldbus standard Profibus PA or Foundation Fieldbus. The remote mounted sensor prevents the transmitter heating up at high temperature; there are no vibrations and oscillations due to long neck tubes and protective pipes with SITRANS TF.

For tags with difficult access to you can mount your SITRANS TF remotely at easily accessible places and display the measured value on the freely programmable digital display (with version 4 to 20 mA). You can even use the SITRANS TF in a version without a transmitter as a comfortable field display unit for all 4 to 20 mA signals.

All SITRANS TF are available in intrinsically safe or explosion proof version.

Digital display thermometer SITRANS TF2

Combines three devices in one! A PT100-Thermometer, a 4..20mA Transmitter with simple setup via 3 push buttons as well as a digital display. Thermowell and housing are made from stainless steel.

SITRANS TF2 integrates three elements in one device: a Pt100 resistance thermometer in a stainless-steel thermowell, a high-grade stainless-steel housing with a high degree of protection, and a built-in measuring transmitter with LC display with three configuration pushbottons. It is used to indiacte and monitor the temperature measured at the point of installation. The SITRANS TF2 SITRANS TF2 is available in an axial and a radial version.

Siemens SITRANS F family of flowmeters have a long and proven track record. It encompasses a comprehensive product line, ranging from simple flow indicators to highly sophisticated and bus compatible measurement transmitters – for each application there is a suitable product.

Electromagnetic Flow Measurement

SITRANS F M electromagnetic flowmeters are suitable for measuring the flow of almost all electrically conducting liquids, pastes and slurries. Factors like temperature, pressure, density and viscosity have no influence on the result. The full program consists of three different types of flowmeters making Siemens unique in that it covers all possible applications where electromagnetic flowmeters are a suitable match:

Modular pulsed DC flowmeters

Modular pulsed DC flowmeters cover all ordinary applications within all industries. The wide variety of combinations and versions from the modular system means that ideal adaptation is possible to each measuring task and application.

Battery-operated water meter

Ultrasonic Flow Measurement

SITRANS F US ultrasonic flowmeters encompass two technology types, clamp-on flowmeters and inline flowmeters. The wide range of possibilities and benefits of this selection offers the end user maximum flexibility to choose the technology that best fits his needs. In addition, a stand-alone pipe wall thickness gauge for use on any pipe is also available.

Clamp-on ultrasonic flow measurement

SITRANS F US clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters measure the flow of electrically conductive and non-conductive liquids as well as gas. All flowmeters offer easy installation, no pressure drop or energy loss, a wide turn-down ratio, no need to cut the pipe or stop the flow and a minimal maintenance since the external transducers do not require periodic cleaning.

Inline ultrasonic flow measurement

SITRANS F US inline ultrasonic flowmeters provide highly accurate measurement of electrically conductive and non-conductive liquids while minimizing installation time and maintenance expenses. In addition, the measurement results are independent of conductivity, viscosity, temperature, density and pressure. The flowmeters deliver great accuracy, simple operation as well as rugged reliability for a wide range of process conditions including district heating, water and treated wastewater and petrochemical processes.

Thickness gauge

The easy-to-use, digital ultrasonic SITRANS F US thickness gauge measures the thickness of a pipe wall making it an indispensable tool in accurate clamp-on ultrasonic flow measurement. It can also be used as a stand-alone tool to measure the wall thickness of any pipe.

Vortex Flow Measurement

SITRANS F C Coriolis mass flowmeters are suitable for measuring liquids and gases. The measurement is independent of changes in process conditions and due to this versatility the meter is easy to install and also recognized for its high accuracy in a wide turn down range.

SITRANS FX300 flange versions

In a flange version, the SITRANS FX300 is available as a single or dual converter. Both versions of the vortex flowmeter have the temperature sensor integrated and the pressure sensor as optional.

SITRANS FX300 sandwich versions

In a sandwich version, the SITRANS FX300 is available as a single converter. As in the flange version, the temperature sensor is integrated as a standard and the pressure sensor as optional.

Variable Area Flow Measurement

SITRANS F VA variable area flowmeters are used to measure the volume flow of homogeneous liquids and gases. Variable-area flowmeters require no external power source and provide accurate metering data even where in- and outflow runs are not available.

Rotary Piston Flow Measurement

SITRANS F R rotary piston meters are used to measure the volume flow of conductive and non-conductive liquids. High viscosity media, acids and alcohol-based concentrates are accurately recorded. Even measurements subject to calibration standards can be undertaken. No in- and outflow runs are required.

Orifice Flow Measurement

SITRANS F O orifice flowmeters are used to measure volume flows of liquids, gases and vapors. High media temperatures and large bores have no influence on performance.

2. Connector to VDI/VDE 3845 or DIN 3337 part-turn valve actuators also for Norbro, Keystone etc. Ordering no. 6DR4004-8D supplied from LZN. This part converts the universal PS2 shaft to a NAMUR drive. A bracket is also required.
